The History of Our Vines: Inseparable from the fields surrounding the estate, we acquired the entire land. The vines had been abandoned; this was their last chance. We rolled up our sleeves and learned the Guyot pruning method, bending, and trellisingâŠ
We worked hard with our family and friends, and then Charles Georget, a winemaker from Bourgueil, took over part of the mechanical work, treatments, and vinification.
